Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken

1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup packed brown sugar or a few squeezes of honey
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins
baby carrots (or sliced large ones)
pineapple chunks

Cook on low 6-8 hrs. Serve with rice.
